In the laboratory, all product samples regularly taken throughout the production process are analyzed for their respective evaluation and guarantee of compliance with the defined specification regarding physicochemical characteristics such as color, salt, pH, consistency and microbiological characteristics, among others. . All products are evaluated through three groups of analyses, namely: Analyzes and verifications carried out during the production process; Physicochemical analyzes carried out on the finished product; Microbiological analyzes carried out on the finished product, equipment and water.
