Sugal's financial area is divided into three departments: Accounting and Purchasing, FP&A Business Partnering and Finance. The Accounting and Purchasing department is responsible for the entire accounting process, invoicing, taxes, payroll and insurance management, as well as the process of consolidating the entire group in international standards (IFRS). Furthermore, he is responsible for the company's procurement processes. The FP&A & Business Partnering department is mainly divided into two main areas, the first is responsible for producing predictive information for the global business, in order to generate insights for better decision making, the second is focused on being strategic business partners, helping different areas to work together to achieve greater efficiency and generate synergies for better decision-making. The Finance department is responsible for managing the inflow and outflow of financial resources at Sugal, more precisely managing collections, payments and credit control.
